1. Introduction
Welcome to SpeedyBus! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking with SpeedyBus, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payments

• Payment for bookings can be made using a credit card through our secure payment gateway, Stripe, or in cash upon arrival (cash on delivery).
• For payments through Stripe, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• For cash payments, the total amount will be collected by the driver at the time of service. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon arrival.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the pick-up time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds for payments made through Stripe will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Service Availability

• SpeedyBus provides transportation services within the island of Lanzarote. Service availability is subject to vehicle capacity and booking schedule.
• If a booking cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown or extreme weather conditions), we will offer an alternative solution or a full refund.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are required to be at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of pick-up and drop-off details when booking.
• SpeedyBus is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or delays on the part of passengers.

6. Liability and Insurance

• SpeedyBus ensures that all vehicles are maintained and insured according to local regulations.
• SpeedyBus is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Passengers are advised to keep their belongings secure.

7. Changes to the Terms

• SpeedyBus reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We encourage users to review this page periodically for any updates.
